Andy Zeinfeld

Chief Executive Officer

Andy Zeinfeld has been with the Company as CEO since its inception in 2007. As CEO, Andy oversees all aspects of Simplexity's business initiatives including sales, marketing, business development, strategic partnerships and carrier relations. In his role, he continues to forge strong relationships with the world's leading wireless carriers and manufacturers and establish partnerships with the largest retailers in the country. Andy arrived at Simplexity as a widely recognized and respected leader in the wireless industry with a career that spanned over 28 years at the RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH), ultimately serving as RadioShack's Chief Retail Service Officer, and subsequently as the President and then CEO of InPhonic, Inc., ("INPC") a publicly traded Internet retailer.

David Moir

Chief Financial Officer

David Moir has been with the Company since its inception in 2007. David brings over 30 years of financial experience to the company, including positions as Chief Financial Officer of a subsidiary of Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson), a benefits consulting company and Senior Vice President of Finance at PSINet, an Internet service provider. David also spent time as President and part owner of a video surveillance company, with a focus on selling to first responders and local authorities. David has a B.S. from Warwick University in England and is an FCA from his time with Touche Ross (now Deloitte and Touche) in London.

Frank C. Bennett III

Chief Operating Officer

Frank C. Bennett III has been with the Company as COO since its inception in 2007. Frank is an experienced telecommunications and eCommerce executive who served as President of the Mobile Virtual Network Enabler division of InPhonic from 2004 to 2007 with clients that included AT&T and Disney Mobile, and as COO of InPhonic between 2002 and 2004. Prior to 2002, Frank held various executive positions at Verizon Communications, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Group Operations Officer for Verizon's retail group, Vice President of e-Commerce and Vice President, Customer Billing. Frank holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dave Rook

Chief Marketing Officer

Dave Rook joined Simplexity as Chief Marketing Officer in 2011. Dave brings to Simplexity over two decades of marketing, advertising and digital media experience, most recently as Executive Director, Consumer Media at Hanley Wood LLC, one of the largest B-to-B media companies in the United States. Previously, Dave held brand management and marketing strategy positions at AOL, Coca-Cola and Leo Burnett where he worked on global advertising initiatives for Phillip Morris and General Motors. David holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.

Michael Berkley

Chief Information Officer

Michael Berkley joined Simplexity as Chief Information Officer in 2009. Mike brings over 20 years of information technology experience including software development, IT architecture/infrastructure, network engineering, outsourcing, strategic planning and operations. He joined Simplexity from WorldSpace, Inc., a global information and media company where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer since 2005. Prior to this role, he held executive IT and consulting roles for a variety of companies including Erol's, RCN and Sprint. He also previously served as Chief Executive Officer for GenuNet, Inc. Mike received his BBA in Administrative Computer Systems from Hofstra University.

Terry Hsu

President, Simplexity MVNO Services

Terry Hsu currently serves as our President of MVNO Services. Terry originally joined Simplexity as President of the Home Services Division in February 2008. He brings over 20 years of industry experience across multiple roles including business development, channel sales, and corporate development. Terry has held management positions with Circuit City, Cox Communications, Sprint, AT&T and most recently Helio, an MVNO focused on advanced mobile data services founded by Earthlink and SK Telecom, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Terry received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina, an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Kathleen J. Haithcock

Senior Vice President, Human Resources/Administration

Kathleen J. Haithcock, has been with the company since its inception in 2007. Kathleen previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of InPhonic, Inc., ("INPC") a publicly traded Internet retailer from 2005 through 2007. Prior to 2005, she served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Development Alternatives Inc. ("DAI"), an international consulting firm, as well as PSINet, Inc. a major international Internet services provider. Before joining PSINet, Kathleen held a variety of senior human resources positions including Director, Human Resources for MCI, Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the American Association of Motor Vehicles Administrators, and Director, Human Resources for the May Department Stores Company. Kathleen holds a BA in education and speech from Old Dominion University.

Walter W. Leach, III

General Counsel

Walter W. Leach, III has been with the company since its inception in 2007. Walter previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of InPhonic, Inc., ("INPC") a publicly traded Internet wireless retailer from 2001 through 2007. Prior to 2001, Walter served as Corporate Counsel for Snyder Communications ("SNC"), a publicly traded marketing and communications solution provider, and as Deputy Corporate Counsel for Inductotherm Industries, Inc., a privately held manufacturer. Walter holds a B.A. from Syracuse University, and a J.D. from Vermont Law School.
