Frank C. Bennett III

Chief Executive Officer

Frank C. Bennett III assumed the role of CEO in 2012, having served as the Company's COO since 2007. Frank is a highly regarded telecommunications and eCommerce executive with over thirty years of experience within the wireless industry. Prior to joining Simplexity, he was the COO of InPhonic between 2002 and 2004 and, subsequently led the Mobile Virtual Network Enabler division of InPhonic as President from 2004 to 2007 with clients that included AT&T and Disney Mobile. Previously, Frank held various leadership positions at Verizon Communications, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Group Operations Officer for Verizon's retail group, Vice President of e-Commerce and Vice President, Customer Billing. Frank holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

John Bailey

Chief Operating Officer

John Bailey currently serves as our company’s Chief Operating Officer where he oversees Simplexity’s global call centers, as well as its large-scale distribution facility. He originally joined Simplexity as the Chief Services Officer responsible for voice/chat and email customer care delivery, call center customization and technology worldwide. John’s expansive career in telecommunications and e-commerce spans over 22 years and includes various leadership positions relating to Finance, Accounting and Operations in both start-up and established businesses. Prior to joining Simplexity, John served VP of Operations for Liberty Wireless, a major Sprint MVNO; and subsequently as Vice President of MVNO Operations at InPhonic. John has also led divisions and large scale projects at companies such as Cable & Wireless, DSL.Net, AT&T Government Services, MCI, and Morgan-Franklin Corp. John holds a B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University.

David Moir

Chief Financial Officer

David Moir joined Simplexity as Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting in 2007. In his current role as CFO, David serves at the helm of the Finance department where he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s accounting, treasury and financial analysis functions. David brings over 30 years of financial experience to the company, including positions as Chief Financial Officer of a subsidiary of Watson Wyatt (now Towers Watson), a benefits consulting company and Senior Vice President of Finance at PSINet, an Internet service provider. David also spent time as President and part owner of a video surveillance company, with a focus on selling to first responders and local authorities. David has a B.S. from Warwick University in England and is an FCA from his time with Touche Ross (now Deloitte and Touche) in London.

Michael Berkley

Chief Information Officer

Michael Berkley joined Simplexity as Chief Information Officer in 2009. Mike brings over 20 years of information technology experience including software development, IT architecture/infrastructure, network engineering, outsourcing, strategic planning and operations. He joined Simplexity from WorldSpace, Inc., a global information and media company where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer since 2005. Prior to this role, he held executive IT and consulting roles for a variety of companies including Erol's, RCN and Sprint. He also previously served as Chief Executive Officer for GenuNet, Inc. Mike received his BBA in Administrative Computer Systems from Hofstra University.

Tim Weisbrod

Chief Technology Officer

Tim Weisbrod has been leading Simplexity’s software development team since 2007. As Chief Technology Officer, he spearheads the technical development efforts and overall architecture of the company’s comprehensive private-labeled systems and platform, delivering innovative solutions to support new products, brands & services. Tim is a seasoned professional and authority in software architecture having quickly amassed over 17 years of experience, most notably in the wireless industry and eCommerce spaces, after pursuing a degree at California State University when he was only 13 years old. Prior to joining Simplexity, Tim served as Senior Vice President, Software Development at InPhonic, Inc. (“INPC”), as well as Technical Architect at M3 Communications, Technical Architect at Nexus Communications, and Chief Technology Officer at Make It Work.

Terry Hsu

President, Simplexity MVNO Services

Terry Hsu currently serves as our President of MVNO Services. Terry originally joined Simplexity as President of the Home Services Division in February 2008. He brings over 20 years of industry experience across multiple roles including business development, channel sales, and corporate development. Terry has held management positions with Circuit City, Cox Communications, Sprint, AT&T and most recently Helio, an MVNO focused on advanced mobile data services founded by Earthlink and SK Telecom, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Terry received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina, an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Grant Yoder

Executive Vice President, Consumer Wireless Services

Grant Yoder originally joined Simplexity as Senior VP of Business Development in 2007. In his current role as Executive Vice President, Consumer Wireless Services, Grant is responsible for all sales efforts and partner support, which include business development, strategic partnerships and account management. Grant is an experienced eCommerce and telecommunications leader with over twelve years of experience managing online wireless programs for major retailers such as Sam’s Club, Dell and RadioShack. Before joining Simplexity, Grant held various management positions at InPhonic ("INPC") a publicly traded Internet retailer between 2000 and 2007, including roles managing Business Development as well as MVNO sales. Earlier in his career, Grant spent time at EXE Technologies, as well as the Prime Broker Division of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown (now Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management). Grant holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University.

Jeff Baskin

Executive Vice President of Retail and Transaction Services

Jeff Baskin currently serves as Simplexity’s Executive Vice President of Retail and Transaction Services leading the retail and omni-channel partner efforts. He is an accomplished retail/interactive marketing executive with over 15 years experience in the origination and management of strategic marketing partnerships specializing in interactive & retail marketing and partnership development in multiple customer segments such as national retail, e-tail, e-commerce, direct response marketing, affinity groups and direct selling organizations. Jeff joined Simplexity as SVP of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships in 2007. Prior to Simplexity, Jeff held several senior management positions with InPhonic, Inc. (INPC) from 2000-2007 including VP of e-Commerce and VP of Strategic Partnerships, as well as management positions prior to 2000 with Petroleum Realty Partners/Lehman Brothers, Octagon Sports Management, and the Philadelphia Eagles. Jeff holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Delaware.

Executive Vice President, Wirefly Brand Group

As the Executive Vice President of the Wirefly Brand Group, Vic oversees the Internet’s largest independent wireless retailer – Wirefly.com. Under his leadership, the Wirefly Brand Group not only manages a multitude of traditional channels including affiliate, email, SEM, and Social, but they also serve as a test bed for new merchandizing concepts and promotions before they are rolled out across Simplexity’s extensive list of partners. Previously, Vic Hugo served as Vice President of Customer Experience at Simplexity from 2007 – 2010 and subsequently, expanded his role to include product management and Simplexity’s Home Services Group that managed the rollout of products, promotions, and campaigns across the entire company. Prior to joining Simplexity, Vic held several senior management position at InPhonic, Inc (INCP) and spent 12 years at MCI managing a number of product lines for the consumer division including MCI Wireless, where several of today’s standard wireless features were first introduced, and the nation’s first home unlimited local/long distance product: The Neighborhood built by MCI. Vic has a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.

Doug Carswell

Executive Vice President, Carrier Relations

Doug Carswell has served as Simplexity’s Executive Vice President, Carrier Relations since 2007. He brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience to the company having held leadership roles in sales, marketing, business development and eCommerce in the wireless, information services and telecommunications industries. Prior to Simplexity, Doug served as Senior Vice President, Business Development, and subsequently Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at InPhonic (“INPC”), as well as various executive and management positions at GTE Wireless, GTE Information Services and other GTE companies (all now Verizon) since 1982. Doug holds a B.A. in Administrative Science and American Studies from Colby College and MBA course-work at California Lutheran University.
